茶叶是世界最受消费者欢迎的三大饮料之一。随着我国加入WTO,国际茶叶市场将进一步对我国茶叶产品开放,关税壁垒将进一步削减,但是技术性贸易壁垒则呈现越来越严的趋势。有机茶生产技术有助于降低茶叶中的农药残留,从而有利于我国茶叶出口欧盟国家。有机茶就是指一种按照有机农业的方法生产和加工,在其生产过程中,完全不施用任何人工合成的化肥、农药、植物生长调节剂、化学食品添加剂等物质生产出的,并符合国际有机农业运动联合会(IFOAM)标准,经有机(天然)食品颁证组织发给证书的一种无污染、纯天然卫生茶叶。有机茶是我国第一个颁布出口的有机食品。近年约有近20多个茶叶生产单位获得有机茶颁证,建立有机茶基地近6000多亩,有机茶年生产量已达500余吨(绿茶为主,部分红茶、乌龙茶等),产品主要出口美国、日本、德国、荷兰等国,产生较好的经济效益。
Tea is one of the three most popular drinks in the world. With China’s accession to the WTO, the international tea market will further open its tea products to China, and the tariff barriers will be further reduced. However, the technical barriers to trade have shown an increasingly serious trend. Organic tea production technology helps to reduce pesticide residues in tea, which is conducive to China’s tea exports to EU countries. Organic tea refers to a method of organic agriculture production and processing, in the production process, the complete application of any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, plant growth regulators, chemical food additives and other substances produced and in accordance with international organic IFOAM standard, a non-polluting, natural, wholesome tea certified by an organic (natural) food certification body. Organic tea is China’s first enacted export of organic food. In recent years, about 20 tea production units have been awarded certificates of organic tea, and nearly 6,000 mu of organic tea bases have been established. Annual output of organic tea has reached over 500 tons (mainly green tea, some black tea, oolong tea, etc.). The products are mainly exported to the United States , Japan, Germany, the Netherlands and other countries, have better economic benefits.
