为探讨还元注射液 (黄芪、生地黄等组成 )治疗急性脑出血的作用机理 ,采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录法 ,观察S .D大鼠脑出血造模前、后血肿周围区域丘脑外侧背核 (LD)和丘脑外侧腹核 (VL)神经元细胞外自发放电频率与数目的变化以及还元注射液对其影响。结果 :造模后 4h ,模型组LD、VL神经元细胞外自发放电频率和数目均较造模前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,还元组自发放电频率和数目与模型组比较均明显增加 (P <0 .0 1 )。提示还元注射液具有保护实验性脑出血大鼠血肿周围区域神经元功能的作用。
In order to investigate the mechanism of Huiyuan injection (astragalus, rehmanniae, etc.) in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage, a microelectrode-based extracellular recording method was used to observe the lateral hypothalamus around the hematoma around the hematoma before and after S.D rat cerebral hemorrhage modelling. Changes in the frequency and number of extracellular spontaneous discharges of nucleus (LD) and lateral thalamic nucleus (VL) neurons and the effect of Huiyuan injection on them. RESULTS: At 4 hours after model establishment, the frequency and number of extracellular spontaneous firings of LD and VL neurons in the model group were significantly lower than those before model establishment (P < 0.01). The frequency and number of spontaneous discharges in the tuples were comparable to those in the model group. Significantly increased (P < 0.01). It is suggested that Huiyuan Injection has the function of protecting the function of neurons in the hematoma surrounding the experimental cerebral hemorrhage rats.
