随着经济的不断发展,各企业之间的竞争不断的加强,增加单位中青年员工的数量是一种增强竞争力的重要手段。青年员工增加了事业单位的活力,为事业单位的发展带来的更多创新能力和工作的激情,在事业单位中的作用十分重要。但是青年员工思想教育方面还不太成熟,需要单位不断加强对青年员工的思想政治教育,让青年员工在思想上更加符合社会主义发展的方向。本文主要针对现今事业单位在加强青年员工的思想教育工作上存在的问题进行讨论,并提出了相应的解决方法。
As the economy continues to develop, the competition among various enterprises will continue to be strengthened. Increasing the number of young and middle-aged employees in an organization is an important means of enhancing competitiveness. Young staff increase the vitality of institutions, institutions for the development of more innovative ability and passion for the work in the institutions of the role is very important. However, the ideological and political education of young staff is not yet mature, and the units are required to constantly strengthen the ideological and political education of young staff so that young staff are more ideologically suited to the direction of socialist development. This article mainly discusses the existing problems in strengthening the ideological education of young employees in current institutions, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
