目的:通过动物实验,对地黄不同炮制品的清退虚热,滋阴作用进行比较研究,探讨其作用机理。方法:采用小鼠灌服甲状腺片造阴虚模型,通过对小鼠血浆中cAMP、cGMP、血清中T3、T4等指标的检测,观察地黄不同炮制品对阴虚模型小鼠的影响。结果:阴虚模型小鼠血浆cAMP、cAMP/cGMP显著升高,cGMP降低,血清中T3、T4含量有显著升高;地黄能降低阴虚小鼠cAMP、cAMP/cGMP的含量,显著降低阴虚小鼠血清中T3、T4含量;鲜生地对阴虚模型小鼠效果最明显。结论:地黄的不同炮制品均有明显的清退虚热,滋阴作用,以新鲜生地作用为优。其作用机制可能是通过调节cAMP、cGMP、T3、T4的含量而达到的。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and study the effects of clearing and recuperating heat and nourishing yin on different processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa through animal experiments and to explore its mechanism. Methods: The model of deficiency of the genitals of thyroid tablets was made in mice. The plasma cAMP, cGMP and T3, T4 in serum were measured to observe the effect of different processed products of Radix Rehmanniae on mice with yin deficiency. Results: The levels of cAMP, cAMP / cGMP and cGMP in the mice with Yin deficiency model were significantly increased, and the levels of T3 and T4 in serum were significantly increased. Rehmanniae could decrease the content of cAMP and cAMP / cGMP and significantly reduce the deficiency of yin deficiency The content of T3 and T4 in the serum of mice was the most obvious. Conclusion: The different processed products of Rehmannia glutinosa have a clear effect of clearing away heat, nourishing yin and taking the effect of fresh raw ground. Its mechanism may be achieved by regulating the content of cAMP, cGMP, T3, T4.
