第三届第一次会议肯定了前二届顾问组在规划、开发指导全国大中型水域,特别是长江中下游水域渔业生产所起的作用,大中水域的渔业有了较为明显的进展,不但反映在渔区的经济效益、生态效益及社会效益三个方面,且为开发大中水域的名特优水产品作出了切实的贡献。会议认为1993—1995新一届的工作任务、指导思想、工作重点等均宜在过去的基础上有新的发展。 The first meeting of the third session confirmed the role played by the former two advisory groups in planning, developing and guiding the fishery production in large and medium-sized waters nationwide, especially in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
