本文研究含高浓SO_4~(2-)的模拟高放废液玻璃熔制过程中硫的分配和物料平衡。配方采用GC-12/9B。分析表明,产品玻璃中硫的含量为0.12-0.53wt%,和国内外高放玻璃,民用玻璃的研究结果一致。20—30%硫进入玻璃产品,17—80%硫进入尾气系统,、硫以SO_3形式驱出。消除黄相的机理是还原-分解硫酸根。还对玻璃产品组份进行了分析并与配入料作了比较。
In this paper, we study the sulfur distribution and material balance during the glass melting process of simulated high-level liquid waste containing SO 4 2-. The recipe uses GC-12 / 9B. Analysis shows that the content of sulfur in the product glass is 0.12-0.53wt%, which is consistent with the research results of high-content glass and civil glass at home and abroad. 20-30% of the sulfur enters the glass product, 17-80% of the sulfur enters the exhaust system and sulfur is driven out as SO_3. The mechanism of eliminating yellow phase is reduction-decomposition of sulfate. The glass product components were also analyzed and compared with the furnish.
