应用MTT法检测42例癌症患者肿瘤细胞对抗癌药榄香烯的敏感性,并与其他7种化疗药物加以比较。结果表明在一定剂量范围内榄香烯对正常细胞无明显影响但有20例（占47.6％）肿瘤细胞对榄香烯敏感;不同肿瘤对该药的敏感性差异较大,同一类型肿瘤的不同个体敏感性也不相同。 MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of tumor cells to anticancer drug Elemene in 42 cancer patients and compared with other 7 chemotherapy drugs. The results showed that elemene had no obvious effect on normal cells in a certain dose range, but 20 cases (47.6%) of tumor cells were sensitive to elemene; the sensitivity of different tumors to the drug was different, and that of the same type of tumor was different. Individual sensitivities are also different.
