南昌试剂化工厂1990年的产值、销售、税收和利润等几大指标均获得比1989年增长50%以上的好成绩,并同时被南昌市政府授于销售工作先进集体,南昌市经委授于先进企业,江西省经委授于新产品开发单位,江西省民政厅授于明星企业等四个荣誉称号。我们厂能够保持连年大幅度增长(?)势头,原因很多。其中最根本的一条是依靠增强企业的凝聚力,激励全体职工的主人翁意识和奉献精神。我们的具体做法和体会是:
Nanchang Reagent Factory’s 1990 production value, sales, taxation, profit and other major indicators have achieved good results by more than 50% over 1989. At the same time, Nanchang Municipal Government was awarded an advanced group for sales work by the Nanchang Municipal Government. Enterprises, Jiangxi Provincial Economic Commission granted new product development units, Jiangxi Provincial Department of Civil Affairs awarded four honorary titles such as star enterprises. There are many reasons why our factory can maintain a significant growth year after year. One of the most fundamental ones is to enhance the cohesiveness of enterprises and encourage the sense of ownership and dedication of all employees. Our specific practices and experiences are:
