社会经济和交通建设事业的快速发展,对高速公路人力资源管理工作也提出了更高的要求。然而,高速公路运营过程中业务非常的复杂,而且管理难度非常的大,因此需健全和完善人力资源管理机制。本文先对当前高速公路运营过程中的人力资源管理问题进行分析,并在此基础上就如何处理问题和加强人力资源管理,谈一下个人的观点和认识,以供参考。
The rapid development of socio-economic and transportation construction also sets higher demands on the human resources management of expressways. However, the operation of the expressway is very complex and difficult to manage. Therefore, the human resources management mechanism needs to be improved and perfected. This article first analyzes the current human resource management problems in the expressway operation process, and on this basis on how to deal with problems and strengthen human resources management, talk about personal point of view and understanding for reference.
