白芨沟矿是一个年产140万吨优质无烟煤的矿井,现有主要生产设备1492台.过去由于设备被生产单位无偿占用,喜进不肯出,给生产急需带来很大困难,造成盲目购置,积压资金,甚至损坏了设备也没有经济责任.1993年1月,我们矿结合实际试行了内部设备租赁管理办法.其主要做法是:1.成立了矿内设备租赁站.由一名副矿长兼任站长,机电科、财务科和供应科等有关单位分别派办事人员兼管设备租赁审批与发放、转帐等业务.2.矿规定各生产单位的设备租赁费包干在生产成本中.设备租赁实行矿内支票转帐.3.矿内部设备租赁费按设备原值1‰每月结算.通过一年实践,我们在如下几方面取得了显著效益:1.大大地减少了设备的投入量.设备租赁考核表明:1993年1至11月份全矿内部设备租赁周转927台次,核收租金3.7万余元.其中,常用生产设备投入
