人力资源部门在企业中的作用非常重要,人力资源合理配置与企业的经济效益成正相关。人力资源受到传统的以招聘员工为主要工作内容的观念的影响,大大减弱了人力资源在企业中的积极作用。尤其是在电力企业当中,体制改革带动着企业结构的变化和工作分工的调整。这些都需要通过人力资源部门对员工个人信息进行甄别,最后以匹配度最高为标准为企业管理提供参考意见。本文先分析了目前电力企业中人力资源部门在管理中存在的问题,然后提出了相关的对策。
The role of human resources in the enterprise is very important. The rational allocation of human resources is positively related to the economic benefits of the enterprise. Human resources are subject to the traditional concept of recruiting employees as the main work content, greatly reducing the positive role of human resources in the enterprise. Especially in power enterprises, the institutional reform has led to changes in the structure of enterprises and the adjustment of work division of labor. All of these require the screening of employee personal information through the human resources department, and finally provide reference for enterprise management based on the highest matching standard. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the management of HR departments in power enterprises, and then puts forward some countermeasures.
