目的:探讨肝迷走供血动脉规律及其对外科手术和肝肿瘤介入治疗的意义。材料与方法:200例成人行中上腹螺旋CT双期扫描,观察肝脏供血动脉的起源及走行,并将不同类型肝迷走动脉加以统计分析。结果:200例成人中31例出现迷走血管。肝左、肝右动脉起自腹腔干9例;肝总动脉起自肠系膜上动脉6例;迷走肝右动脉起自肠系膜上动脉4例;迷走肝左动脉起自胃左动脉4例,肠系膜上动脉2例,胃右动脉1例;腹主动脉发出副肝左、副肝右动脉2例。结论:非侵入性螺旋CT双期扫描能够显示肝脏迷走供血动脉,为外科手术和肝动脉插管介入治疗提供重要的影像学依据。
Objective: To investigate the regularity of hepatic vagus feeding arteries and its significance for the interventional therapy of surgical operation and hepatic tumor. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Two hundred and seventy-two cases of adult patients underwent spiral CT scan. The origin and course of hepatic artery were observed, and different types of hepatic artery were analyzed statistically. Results: Vaginal vessels were found in 31 of 200 adults. The left and right hepatic arteries originated from the celiac trunk in 9 cases, the common hepatic artery originated from the superior mesenteric artery in 6 cases, the right hepatic artery invaded the superior mesenteric artery in 4 cases, the left hepatic artery in the left hepatic artery in 4 cases from the left gastric artery and the superior mesenteric artery 2 cases of arteries, 1 case of right gastric artery, 2 cases of left accessory hepatic artery and 2 cases of accessory hepatic right arteries. Conclusion: Noninvasive spiral CT double-phase scanning can show the hepatic vasodilatation artery and provide important imaging evidence for surgical intervention and hepatic arterial cannulation.
