思想政治选修课具有思想性与人文性相结合、学科性与综合性相结合、实践性与开发性相结合、通识性与个性化相结合的特点,这对政治课教师的课程研发与实施能力提出了挑战。对于选修课,许多教师仍然存在教学行为滞后于新课程理念、知识结构不匹配、教学研发不对称、教学与生活相脱节等问题。探究思想政治选修课背景下教师胜任力目标定位与提升教师胜任力的路径,有利于解决制约思想政治选修课开发与实施的师资瓶颈,提高课程实效。
