[目的 ]研究某厂生产的桶装饮用矿泉水放置 1 5天后变绿并产生绿色沉淀的原因。 [方法 ]对生产工艺的各个环节采样分析并做了灭菌、灭藻实验。 [结果 ]矿泉水生产工艺各环节的水样均检出藻类 ,成品水罐和成品水分别达 2 2 0个 / m L和 2 4 0个 / m L。只在成品水罐和成品水中检出霉菌 ,分别为 1 1个 / m L和 4个 / m L ,藻类主要为小球藻 ,霉菌主要为木霉属霉菌。 0 .0 5%的硫酸铜对藻类和霉菌的杀灭率分别为 1 0 0 %和 2 0 .8% ,1 0 0 mg/ L的二氧化氯可 1 0 0 %地杀灭藻类和霉菌。[结论 ]桶装矿泉饮用水产生绿色沉淀的主要原因是由于忽视清洗消毒使成品水罐受到藻类和霉菌的污染并大量繁殖
[Objective] The research aimed to study the reason why bottled drinking mineral water produced by a factory turns green after 15 days and causes green precipitation. [Method] The sampling and analysis of all aspects of the production process and sterilization, algae experiments. [Result] Algae were detected in all samples of mineral water production process. The finished water tank and finished product water were 220 and 240 units / m L, respectively. Molds were detected only in finished jugs and finished water, respectively, at 1 1 / m L and 4 / m L, with algae mainly Chlorella and molds mainly Trichoderma. 0. 0 5% copper sulfate on the algae and mold kill rates were 100% and 20.8%, 100% chlorine dioxide can be 100% to kill algae and mold . [Conclusion] The main reason for producing green sediment in bottled mineral drinking water was that the finished water tank was polluted by algae and fungi and multiplied due to neglect of cleaning and disinfection
