为了避免长心轨疲劳断裂,基于瞬态有限单元法和轨道动力学理论建立长心轨强度计算模型,考虑了岔枕间距、弹性垫板、降低台板高度等影响因素,对长心轨模型进行了弯矩与拉应力计算。结果表明:减小岔枕间距、采用弹性垫板与降低台板高度将有效减小长心轨的拉应力,提高了长心轨的使用寿命。
In order to avoid the fatigue fracture of the long-haul rail, the long-haul rail strength calculation model is established based on the transient finite element method and the orbital dynamics theory. The influencing factors such as the distance between sleepers, the elastic pad and the height of the platen are considered, Bending moment and tensile stress were calculated. The results show that reducing the distance between sleepers and using the elastic pad and lowering the height of the platen can effectively reduce the tensile stress of the long core rail and improve the service life of the long rail.
