1989年度国家档案局科学技术进步奖评审工作已经结束,经评审委员会对申报奖励的62项科研成果逐项评审,共评出获奖项目23项,已报经国家档案局审批,现予公布。 对公布的获奖项目如有争议,自公布之日起两个月内可向国家档案局综合科教司提出,超过两个月提出的异议,一般不予受理。凡对获奖项目的主要完成人、主要完成单位或名次排列有异议,对涉及获奖项目实质性问题（指获奖项目是否达到奖励条件、奖励等级或是否有弊端等）有异议者,无论单位或个人都必须以书面形式提出,并写清真实单位、姓名、联系地址等,否则不予受理（如须保密请注明）。对主要完成人、主要完成单位或名次排列有争议的项目,由申报单位具体负责处理。对有争议的项目,经调查、核实,确属弄虚作假或剽窃他人成果的,将根据《国家档案局科学技术进步奖试行办法》的有关规定,进行严肃处理。在两个月的争议期过后仍未处理完毕的争议项目,暂不授奖。 希望广大档案工作者以对档案事业负责、对科研人员负责的精神,严肃认真、实事求是地对
