随着现代社会不断发展,由于各个企业间的竞争加剧,增加了企业员工的工作压力。在这样的背景下,就需要企业员工不断去学习,不断提高自身的业务技能,以便应对生产发展中出现的各种问题。当前,企业职工培训工作取得了较好的成绩,但是在培训内容和形势的发展上还存在着一些问题。本文首先分析当前企业职工培训存在的问题,然后探讨出新形势下企业职工培训的对策。
With the continuous development of modern society, due to the intensification of competition among various enterprises, employees’ work pressure has been increased. In this context, we need employees to continue to learn, and constantly improve their business skills, in order to respond to the problems in the development of production. At present, the enterprise staff training has achieved good results, but there are still some problems in the training content and the development of the situation. This article first analyzes the existing problems of enterprise staff training, and then explores the countermeasures of enterprise staff training in the new situation.
