企业间的行为扩散包含多个步骤,涉及董事、董事会和企业多个层面。本文在整合现有研究的基础上,提出多层互动理论模型,能够将微观和宏观因素结合起来,从个体特征和组织特征多个维度逐步分析董事会联结对行为扩散的影响。在董事会联结传递行为信息的过程中,联结董事提供信息的动机和促进信息传播的能力等个体层面特征影响联结董事会之间行为信息的转移程度;在董事会接受行为信息并实施的过程中,董事会和企业的组织层面特征决定董事会对相关行为的接受程度;个体层面特征之间、组织层面特征之间以及个体层面特征与组织层面特征之间还可能会发生交互作用从而改变行为扩散的结果。本文的研究结论丰富了董事会联结视阈的相关文献,在区分董事异质性和避免单一层次模型的聚合错误方面具有重要意义。
The diffusion of behavior among enterprises involves a number of steps involving multiple levels of directors, boards of directors and enterprises. Based on the integration of existing researches, this paper proposes a multi-layer interaction theory model that can combine micro and macro factors to analyze the impact of board-to-board coupling on behavior diffusion step by step from multiple dimensions of individual characteristics and organizational characteristics. In the process of transferring the behavioral information by the board of directors, individual level characteristics such as the motivation of the directors to provide the information and the ability to promote the information dissemination influence the extent of the transfer of behavioral information between the boards. In the course of accepting the behavioral information and implementing the board, the board of directors and the board of directors The characteristics of the organizational level of the enterprise determine the degree of acceptance of the relevant conducts by the board of directors. There may also be interaction between individual characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics and organizational characteristics to change the result of behavior diffusion. The conclusion of this paper enriches the literature about the link between the board of directors and is of great significance in distinguishing the director’s heterogeneity and avoiding the polymerization error of the single-level model.
