目的:建立不同产地水线草的超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)指纹图谱,并对其混淆品白花蛇舌草进行鉴别应用。方法:采用UPLC法,色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),以甲醇-1%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速0.2 m L/min,检测波长254 nm。指纹图谱采用相似度分析和主成分分析。结果:建立了水线草药材的专属性指纹图谱,确定了15个共有峰。各产地水线草药材指纹图谱相似度均超过0.85。结论:该指纹图谱重复性好,简便可靠,可用于水线草药材的专属性鉴别,有效区别水线草及其混淆品白花蛇舌草。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the UPLC fingerprinting of Cordyceps Sinensis from different areas and to identify and confuse its Hedyotis diffusa. Methods: UPLC was used. The column was ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (50 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) and eluted with a gradient of methanol to 1% glacial acetic acid at a flow rate of 0.2 mL / min at a column temperature of 30 ° C. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Fingerprint using similarity analysis and principal component analysis. Results: The fingerprint of water herbs was established and 15 common peaks were identified. The similarity of the fingerprints of the herbs in the producing areas all exceeded 0.85. Conclusion: The fingerprint is reproducible, simple and reliable, and can be used for the identification of the herbs of waterline herbs. It can effectively distinguish the water grass and its confused product, Hedyotis diffusa.
