反思性教学强调立足教学实际创造性解决问题,将“学会教学”与“学会学习”统一起来,加速师生共同发展,最终在共同探索中提升教学实践合理性。作为一种教学理念,反思性教学有助于转变教师的教学方式,提高教学质量;作为一种教学方法,反思性教学对教师和学生的毕生发展有重要意义。因而,随着高职思想政治理论课课程改革的不断推进,教师教学方式的转变成为必需,反思性教学实施势在必行。
Reflective teaching emphasizes the creative solution to the problem based on the actual teaching practice, unifies “learning to learn” and “learning to learn” to accelerate the common development of teachers and students, and ultimately enhances the rationality of teaching practice in the joint exploration. As a kind of teaching idea, reflective teaching helps to change teachers’ teaching methods and improve teaching quality. As a teaching method, reflective teaching is of great significance to the lifelong development of teachers and students. Therefore, with the continuous reform of curriculum reform in higher vocational ideological and political theory, the transformation of teachers’ teaching mode becomes necessary, and the implementation of reflective teaching is imperative.
