用赤松Pinusdensiflora幼苗研究了土壤水分与氮素利用之间的关系。4月份盆栽1年生幼苗,6月份分别施用铵态氮和硝态氮,土壤水分保持干旱或湿润状态。施氮素后3周测定针叶和根的总氮量、无机氮、游离氨基酸和矿物质含量。铵态氮区针叶中总氮量和铵态氦含量增加,在任何条件下都未发现硝态氮。铵态氮区针叶的游离氨基酸特别是谷酰胺和精氨酸含量增加,根中各种氨基酸的含量增加。中度缺水(-0.035mPa)不影响赤松对氮素的利用,该树种喜吸收铵态氮而不是硝态氮。硝态氮区针叶中钾和钙的含量较铵态氮区稍高,但差异很小,金属元素的吸收量小可能与硝态氮的吸收率小有关。
The relationship between soil moisture and nitrogen utilization was studied with Pinus pinasterdensiflora seedlings. April-year-old potted seedlings in June were applied ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen, soil moisture to maintain arid or wet state. Three weeks after nitrogen application, the total nitrogen, inorganic nitrogen, free amino acids and mineral contents of conifer and root were determined. The amount of total nitrogen and the content of ammonium in the ammonium nitrogen conidia increased, under any conditions, no nitrate nitrogen was found. Ammonium nitrogen zone cones free amino acids, especially glutamine and arginine content increased, the root of various amino acids increased. Moderate water deficit (-0.035 mPa) does not affect the use of N in Pinus densiflora, which likes to absorb ammonium instead of nitrate. The content of potassium and calcium in the nitrate nitrogen zone was slightly higher than that in the ammonium nitrogen zone, but the difference was small. The small absorption of metal elements might be related to the small absorption rate of nitrate nitrogen.
