福建师范大学陈征教授《有关从战略上调整国有经济布局的几个问题》一文在本刊2000年第3期发表后，社会反响强烈，中国人民大学资料中心等多家报刊转载，学术界有较好评价。我刊邀请省内外部分专家进行讨论，现选编几篇发表。（以下6篇笔谈中，凡引用陈征教授原文，《决定》指中共十五届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》。） Professor Chen Zheng of Fujian Normal University, “Several Questions on the Strategic Adjustment of the Layout of State-Owned Economy” was published in the 3rd issue of the journal in 2000, with strong social repercussions.
