本试验以普通房间和高温窖贮藏作对照 ,研究了软库贮藏甘薯的效果及保鲜机理 .结果表明 ,软库内相对温度高 ,温湿度变化小 ,冬季有一定保温作用 ,约有 1 CO2 积累 ,比较适宜甘薯贮藏 .贮藏 1 2 0 d后 ,软库内完好薯块为原重的 90 .1 普房 83.2 ,高温窖为 70 .0 ,营养物损失少 ,经济效益高 ,利润率达 2 6.1 普房 0 .4 ,高温窖为 6.5 .失重与感病是影响贮藏效果的主要原因 ,软库通过改善环境 ,控制薯块蒸发失水 ,抑制病菌繁殖 ,维持薯块耐贮性和抗病性 ,达到了良好的贮藏效果
In this experiment, the storage and storage mechanism of sweet potato in soft house were studied in comparison with the storage in high temperature cellar.
