我国碳排放主要来源于工业生产,控制工业碳排放成为建设低碳经济的关键。首先依据化石能源的消耗量统计各工业行业及分类部门(采掘业、重工业、轻工业、深加工业、电力热力生产业)2008年的碳排放量、总体及各个部门碳排放量和碳强度1990~2008年发展趋势。然后通过灰色相关度研究碳排放量和产业增长之间的关系。研究发现碳排放量基本呈增长趋势,尤其是2002~2006年速度较快,碳强度由于技术进步和能效提高逐年下降,重工业和采掘业碳排放量同产值的相关关系强于其他。最后对建设低碳经济、转变经济发展方式提出针对性建议。
China’s carbon emissions come mainly from industrial production, control of industrial carbon emissions as the key to building a low-carbon economy. First, the carbon emissions, overall and carbon emissions and carbon intensity of various industries and sectors (extractive industries, heavy industry, light industry, deep processing industry and power generation industry) based on the consumption of fossil fuels in 2008 1990-2008 Annual development trend. Then, we study the relationship between carbon emissions and industrial growth through gray correlation. The study found that carbon emissions basically increased, especially from 2002 to 2006, with carbon intensity decreasing year by year due to technological progress and energy efficiency improvement. The correlation between carbon emissions and output value in heavy industry and extractive industries was stronger than that in others. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to build a low-carbon economy and how to change the economic development mode.
