热稳定性是流感病毒的固有生物学特性,主要由病毒的血凝素蛋白决定,并且与环境温度、pH、盐度、空气湿度和界面性质等理化因素密切相关,在病毒进化与传播过程中发挥重要作用。热稳定性的具体机制目前尚不确定。流感病毒热稳定性的研究将有助于加深对流感病毒结构与功能关系的认识。本文综述了流感病毒热稳定性的研究进展。
