The OECD, through investigations and studies on Chinese state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises, and individual and private enterprises, concluded that in the face of deteriorating financial conditions and low economic efficiency, the process of Chinese enterprise reform is being comprehensive and effective. Move forward. In the past few months, with the assistance of the Development Research Center of the State Council and the National Bureau of Statistics, the OECD has conducted field visits and empirical studies on the status of Chinese enterprise reforms and has written research reports. The report says that since 1980, the financial performance of Chinese companies has been deteriorating. Most state-owned enterprises and a considerable number of collective enterprises have either lost money or have had meagre profits. Compared to most OECD member countries, Chinese companies have high liabilities and debt expenditures are a major part of the cash flow of many companies.
