随着人口出生率的增加,学前教育的推进与普及,幼儿园的更加规模化,师资队伍也更加年轻化。青年教师的专业成长直接影响着幼儿园的教学质量和可持续发展,他们是幼儿园发展建设的希望所在。如何让这样一支1~3年的青年教师队伍尽快成长起来,独当一面?笔者全力从“师德师风、研讨创新、和谐竞争”这几方面来谈一下青年教师的培养计划。
As the birth rate increases, the promotion and popularization of pre-school education, kindergartens have become more and more large-scale, faculty members have also been younger. The professional growth of young teachers directly affects the teaching quality and sustainable development of kindergartens. They are the hope for the development and construction of kindergartens. How to make such a 1 to 3 years of young teachers as soon as possible to grow up and become independent? The author fully from the “ethics, seminar innovation, harmonious competition” to talk about the cultivation of young teachers in these areas.
