塑料门窗行业近几年发展迅速,总体质量水平比80年代有了较大提高 型材质量的提高是门窗质量提高的直接因素,而型材质量的提高是和型材质量的控制和检测密不可分的 由于种种原因,检测结果准确性仍存在比较多的问题,下面就对在实验中易出现的误差谈谈看法。 一、硬度实验(HRR≥85) 硬度实验是用3层型材叠加的方法进行测试,影响精度的原因主要有: 1.环境温度 环境温度越高,型材硬度越低。 2.操作不规范 a.型材样品厚度达不到规定的6mm;b.测试点位置不正确;c.实验过程中,试样叠加间隙过大。 3.试样加工不当 试样表面应光滑,平整,无气泡,无机械损伤及杂质,但在制作过程中,被测试的表面易出现磨伤。在磨伤表面进
