在用扩展光源法测定光学仪器,照相机等杂散光时,一般认为测量仪器的参数变化将会引起测定值的改变,从而影响测定精度。本文从测量原理出发,从理论和实验上定量地讨论了某些参数的变化对测定值的影响甚微,可忽略不计。只是个别参数的变化对测定值有较大的影响,从而为设计参数的确定,测量中的控制,制订标准提出了依据。
In the extended light source method for the determination of optical instruments, cameras and other stray light, it is generally considered that the measurement parameters of the instrument changes will cause the measured value changes, thus affecting the measurement accuracy. Based on the principle of measurement, this paper quantitatively discusses theoretically and experimentally that the change of some parameters has little influence on the measured value and can be neglected. Only the change of individual parameters has a greater impact on the measured value, which provides the basis for the determination of the design parameters, the measurement control and the formulation of standards.
