商标作为现代经济社会建设发展的必然产物,在整个国民经济构成体系中占据着极为关键的地位。从企业发展角度来说,商标作为企业产品、服务以及整个企业的无形资产,已参与到企业的市场竞争活动当中。商标设计作为商标形成的一大关键环节,需要建立在对商标法知识的充分认识之上。本文依据这一实际情况,重点阐述了商标设计过程中比较常见的部分商标法知识,希望能够确保商标设计的规范化发展,进而与社会大众日益增长的物质及文化需求相契合。
As an inevitable product of the development and construction of the modern economy and society, the trademark occupies a very crucial position in the composition of the entire national economy. From the point of view of enterprise development, as an intangible asset of a company’s products, services and the entire enterprise, a trademark has been involved in the market competition of enterprises. As a key link in trademark formation, trademark design needs to be based on a full understanding of the trademark law. Based on the actual situation, this article focuses on some of the more common part of trademark law in the process of trademark design, hoping to ensure the standardization of trademark design and to meet the growing material and cultural needs of the general public.
