It is a matter of great concern to breeders that the wild-type “three lines” hybrids have a special and rich genetic basis and whether stable and abundant genetic recombination types can be obtained through anther culture to achieve homozygosity and optimization. In recent years, with the application of cereal universal medium combined with low temperature and centrifugal pretreatment, the frequency of rust conduction of the indica hybrid rice pollen green seedlings increased from 0.36% to 1.7% in the past few years. On this basis, the inheritance and breeding of pollen plants were studied.
