本文提出,基层党组织要在广大党员中营造学先进、赶先进、作贡献、当表率的良好风气。争创先进,争当优秀,也就成为每名共产党员的日常特征和追求目标。
This paper proposes that the grassroots party organizations should create a good atmosphere among the majority of party members in learning advanced, catching up with advanced, contributing to and setting an example. Struggling to be advanced and striving for excellence will become the daily feature and the pursuit of each Communists.
