为准确识别不同类型及不同反应程度的温拌沥青(WMA),基于原子力显微镜方法(AFM)对温拌沥青微观形貌进行测试,采用数字图像处理技术,包括颜色矩和灰度共生矩阵方法,对温拌沥青的颜色特征和表面纹理特征进行描述。结果表明:B颜色分量可视为研究拌沥青反应机理和进行识别的主要决定因子。通过图像颜色特征描述,可对温拌沥青内部反应情况及改性作用进行定量分析;此外,通过提取温拌沥青的微观图像的特征值,可对不同类型温拌沥青和不同反应程度的沥青进行识别和鉴定。
In order to accurately identify WMA with different types and different degrees of reaction, the microstructure of WMA was tested based on atomic force microscopy (AFM). Digital image processing techniques including color moment and gray level co-occurrence matrix method, The color characteristics and surface texture characteristics of warm-mix asphalt are described. The results show that the B color component can be regarded as the main determinant of the reaction mechanism and identification of asphalt.
