原发性青光眼和高度近视均为遗传性眼病,为大家所公认。但青光眼的遗传方式,是显性、隐性,还是多基因遗传,目前尚无定论。高度近视为常染色体隐性遗传,预知其遗传原因尚需进一步探讨。我们仅自T淋巴细胞免疫方面做了一些工作。本文测定了原发性青光眼27人(其中开角12人,闭角15人),高度近视17人(大多屈光度在10Ds以上)他们的淋巴细胞转化率与12个正常人的淋巴细胞转化宰相对照,从统计学上看是有显著差异的。
Primary glaucoma and high myopia are inherited eye diseases, as we all recognize. However, the genetic mode of glaucoma, is dominant, recessive, or polygenic inheritance, there is no conclusive. High degree of myopia as autosomal recessive genetic prediction of its genetic causes still need to be further explored. We did some work only on T lymphocyte immunity. In this paper, 27 patients with primary glaucoma (including open angle of 12 people, close angle of 15), 17 high myopia (mostly refraction above 10Ds) their lymphocyte conversion and 12 normal lymphocyte transformation slaughter phase contrast , Statistically significant difference is significant.
