大型水电机组的振动和机械试验表明,某些水电机组的振动状况不能令人满意。引起水电机组振动加剧和运行可靠性降低的主要原因可以从以下几个方面寻找:机械的(转子不平衡和支持部件损坏);电气的(水轮发电机几何形状不正确);水力的(水轮机过流部件内水流对称的破坏)。振动发生的原因,实质上是机械不平衡,其表现方式和处置方法在文献中已经阐明,某些水电站转子采用直接平衡具有一系列重要的特性,取得了积极的效果。
Vibration and mechanical tests of large hydropower units show that the vibration conditions of some hydropower units are unsatisfactory. The main causes of increased vibration and reduced operational reliability of hydropower units can be found in the following areas: mechanical (unbalanced rotor and damaged support parts); electrical (hydroelectric generator geometry incorrect); hydraulic (hydraulic turbine Over-current components within the symmetry of water damage). The reason for the vibration is essentially the mechanical imbalance. The way of its manifestation and disposal has been clarified in the literature. Some hydropower station rotors have a series of important features with direct balance and have achieved positive results.
