目的 :研究DDP + 5 FU CF方案同期应用α INF、MA治疗晚期鼻咽癌的治疗效果、毒副反应及生活质量改善情况。方法 :治疗组 2 8例患者采用DDP + 5 FU CF方案同期应用α INF、MA ;对照组 32例患者单纯采用DDP + 5 FU CF方案。所有病例均接受 2个疗程的化疗。结果 :治疗组及对照组均无CR病例 ,总有效率分别为 78 6%和 4 6 9% ,P <0 0 5 ;中位缓解期分别为 5 8个月 (3～ 13个月 )和4 6个月 (2～ 11个月 ) ,P <0 0 5 ;在放疗和 或化疗后复发转移的病例中 ,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为 73 1% (19 2 6)和 4 1 4 % (12 2 9) ,P <0 0 5。毒副反应主要表现在治疗组比对照组更多发生Ⅱ～Ⅳ度白细胞下降 (P <0 0 5 )和短暂性寒战、发热症状 (P <0 0 1) ;2组所发生的胃肠道反应、脱发和黏膜反应相当。结论 :DDP + 5 FU CF同期应用α INF、MA可明显提高晚期鼻咽癌的有效率 ,延长缓解期及提高生存质量
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect, side effects and quality of life improvement of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with α-INF and MA in DDP + 5 FU CF regimen. Methods: A total of 28 patients in the treatment group were treated with DDP + 5 FU CF and α INF, MA at the same period. 32 patients in the control group were treated with DDP + 5 FU CF alone. All cases received 2 courses of chemotherapy. Results: There were no CR cases in the treatment group and the control group, with a total effective rate of 78.6% and 46.9%, respectively (P <0.05); median remission rates were 58 months (range, 3-13 months) and 4 months (range, 2 ~ 11 months), P <0 05. The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 73 1% (19 2 6) and 4 1 4% (12 2 9), P <0 0 5. Toxic side effects mainly manifested in the treatment group more than the control group Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ leukopenia (P <0 05) and transient chills, fever symptoms (P lt; 0 01); 2 occurred in the gastrointestinal tract Response, hair loss and mucosal response quite. Conclusions: The application of α INF and MA in DDP + 5 FU CF can significantly improve the efficiency of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, prolong the remission period and improve the quality of life
