如何提高民政信息质量,为上级领导决策服务,发挥民政信息独有的活力呢?笔者认为,应从民政信息工作方法、运行机制,拓展信息效应入手,努力实现三个转变。 一是改进工作方法,变“守株待兔”为“主动出击”。要改变过去那种等信息、要信息的模式,尽可能走出机关,围绕民政部门的重点工作,把握住领导或上级部门关注的焦点、难点,民政对象反映的热点,花大精力搞“焦点透视”,或深入实地专题调研,收集、捕捉第一手材料,提供高视角、高品位、高效应的信息,使参谋服务真正“参”到点子上,“谋”在关键处。
