有一般数学常识的人都知道,5-1＞5这个不等式难以成立。然而在北京军区司机训练大队,这道不等式却成为撬开训练新模式的金点子。运用这个金点子,他们探索出一条“投入少、效益高,质量好”的司机训练新思路。在探路过程中,该大队多次到科研院所寻求理论援助,对司训改革的内容、模式、方法、手段和措施等进行研究和探讨,先后修订了《司机训练改革实施方案》和《司机训练与考核纲目》；建起拥有108个座仓、216个训练课目的现代化模拟教室,
People who have general mathematical knowledge know that the inequality 5-1> 5 is hard to set up. However, in the Beijing Military Region Driver Training Brigade, this inequality has become the gold medal in the new model of training. Using this golden idea, they have explored a new concept of driver training that is “less invested, more effective and of better quality”. During the exploration, the brigade went to scientific research institutes many times to seek theoretical assistance and to study and discuss the contents, modes, methods, means and measures of division training reforms, and successively revised and implemented the “Driver Training Reform Implementation Plan” and the “ Driver Training and Assessment Program ”; built a modern simulation classroom with 108 seats and 216 training courses,
