本文研究了有机偶氮染料高分子薄膜的简并四波混频光存储特性,结果表明材料的光存储机制主要源于共振光作用下偶氮分子结构的顺反异构.实验给出了实时和永久光存储的时间常数和写入光栅的最佳功率.
In this paper, the degenerate four-wave mixing optical storage characteristics of organic azo dye polymer thin films were studied. The results show that the optical storage mechanism of the material is mainly due to cis-trans isomers of azo molecules under the action of resonance light. The experiment gives the time constants for real-time and permanent optical storage and the optimum power for writing rasters.
