目的 建立结核菌DNA检测技术,探讨其在肺外结核诊断和治疗中的意义。方法 采用巢式PCR技术检测胸水、腹水、脑脊液和淋巴结穿刺物结核菌基因IS6110序列。结果 该技术的敏感度为70%,特异度为95.5%。结论 结果核菌DNA检测技术的应用可为肺外结核(结核性脑膜炎,结核性淋巴结炎,结核性腹膜炎和结核性胸膜炎)提供及时可靠的诊断依据,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To establish a DNA detection technology for tuberculosis and explore its significance in the diagnosis and treatment of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Nested PCR was used to detect the sequence of IS6110 gene in pleural effusion, ascites, cerebrospinal fluid and lymphnodes. Results The sensitivity of this technique was 70% with a specificity of 95.5%. Conclusions The application of DNA-based DNA detection technology can provide a reliable basis for diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis (tuberculous meningitis, tuberculous lymphadenitis, tuberculous peritonitis and tuberculous pleurisy), and has a good clinical value.
