本文从我国的国情和路情出发,跟踪世界铁路技术进步的主要趋势,提出了将京沪铁路建设成为我国第一条中等水平的现代化样板线的改造方案。改造方案预期的目标值是:1995年和2000年旅客列车分别达到42对和50对;特快旅客列车最高速度提高到140km/h,京沪间实现15h行车;货运能力达到70Mt以上。现代化的内涵是:牵引动力内(燃)、电(气)化;客、货车辆大型化;轨道结构重型化;车站作业现代化;通信信号现代化;运营管理自动化。本文通过在新技术配套的前提下,对电力、内燃牵引的多方案比较,确定了京沪铁路现代化的核心是实现电气化改造。
Based on China’s national conditions and road conditions, this paper tracks the major trends in technological progress of the world’s railways and proposes a plan to transform the Beijing-Shanghai Railway into the first modern middle-level model line in China. The target value of the retrofit plan is as follows: Passenger trains reached 42 pairs and 50 pairs respectively in 1995 and 2000; the maximum speed of express passenger trains increased to 140km / h; the traffic between Beijing and Shanghai landed for 15 hours; the freight capacity reached 70Mt or above. The connotation of modernization is: traction power (burning), electricity (gas); large passenger and freight vehicles; heavy rail structure; station operations modernization; In this paper, under the premise of supporting new technologies, the multi-program comparison of electric power and internal combustion traction determines that the core of Beijing-Shanghai railway modernization is to realize electrification.
