目的了解教职工的高血糖高血脂现状,以便有针对性地制定防治措施。方法清晨空腹抽取外周静脉血,采用日产希森美康CHEMIX-180型全自动生化分析仪及其配套试剂测定血糖血脂。结果该校教职工高血糖检出率为7.62%,且随年龄增长而升高(χ2=44.23,P<0.01),男性高于女性(χ2=18.01,P<0.01);血脂异常检出率分别为高总胆固醇(TC)13.76%、高甘油三酯(TG)23.09%、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(低HDL-C)11.99%,高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(高LDL-C)17.40%,高TC、低HDL-C、高LDL-C均随年龄增长而上升(P<0.01或P<0.05),高TG和低HDL-C检出率男性高于女性(P<0.01),而高TC检出率女性高于男性(P<0.01)。结论应加强对高校教职工健康理念及生活习惯的干预,及早控制血糖血脂水平,减少发生糖尿病和心脑血管疾患的概率,以提高高校教职工的健康水平。
Objective To understand the status of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in teaching staff in order to formulate preventive measures. Methods Peripheral venous blood was collected by fasting in the early morning. Nissan Sysmex CHEMIX-180 automatic biochemical analyzer and its supporting reagents were used to measure blood glucose and lipids. Results The detection rate of hyperglycemia was 7.62% in the faculty and it was increased with age (χ2=44.23, P<0.01). Males were higher than females (χ2=18.01, P<0.01). The detection rate of dyslipidemia was high. They are high total cholesterol (TC) 13.76%, high triglyceride (TG) 23.09%, low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (low HDL-C) 11.99%, and high low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (high LDL-C) 17.40%. , High TC, low HDL-C, and high LDL-C all increased with age (P<0.01 or P<0.05). High TG and low HDL-C detection rates were higher in men than in women (P<0.01). High TC detection rates were higher in women than in men (P < 0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the intervention of the health concepts and living habits of the teaching staff in colleges and universities, to early control blood glucose and lipid levels, reduce the incidence of diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, in order to improve the health of college teaching staff.
