观察烫伤后大鼠血浆及回肠粘膜MDA(丙二醛)和(NO)的含量变化,探讨中药对以上两项指标的影响。方法:采用大鼠烫伤模型,随机分为Ⅰ号中药治疗组、Ⅱ号中药治疗组、烫伤对照组、正常组。分别测定给药后3、5、7、9天血浆及回肠粘膜和MDA的含量。结果:烫伤对照组伤后血浆和组织中和MDA含量逐渐升高,中药治疗组两项指标逐渐降低,但高于正常组(P<0.001)。结论:中药可降低大鼠血浆及回肠粘膜和MDA自由基水平对烫伤的治疗有一定的积极作用。
Observe the change of plasma and ileal mucosal malondialdehyde (MDA) and (NO) levels in rats after scald and investigate the effect of Chinese medicine on the above two indexes. METHODS: Rat scald models were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group I, Chinese medicine group II, scald control group and normal group. The levels of plasma and ileal mucosa and MDA were measured at 3, 5, 7 and 9 days after administration. Results: In the scald control group, the content of plasma and tissue and MDA in the control group gradually increased. The two indexes in the Chinese medicine treatment group gradually decreased, but higher than the normal group (P<0.001). Conclusion: Chinese medicine can reduce the level of plasma and ileum mucosal and MDA free radicals in rats. It has a certain positive effect on the treatment of burns.
