The article first analyzes the structure and content of mathematics culture in high school mathematics classroom, and analyzes the effective teaching plan of constructing mathematics culture from the perspective of theory and practice. According to the problems existing in the original teaching system, the specific measures of constructing mathematics and culture are explored from the aspect of problem solving and optimization so as to help teachers improve teaching ability and create a healthy and efficient learning environment for senior high school students.
