据统计,中国的啤酒企业大大小小共计800多家,但多数产量较小,管理水平、机械装备水平也较低。无论从我国几家大型啤酒集团所占的市场份额,或是企业开发的啤酒花色品种,还是我国人均消费啤酒的水平来看,国啤都有一段很长的路要走。这就给我们的啤酒企业特别是企业管理者提出了更高的要求。本期的《特别报道》和《啤酒明星企业巡礼》栏目,着重介绍了十家企业的整体风貌,他们在改革大潮中拼搏发展,取得了可喜的成就。所谓“欲穷千里目,更上一层楼”,欲求企业再进一步,就应当从全国乃至全球大市场的宏观视野,比较自己企业在其中所占的位置,才能摒弃夜郞自大的短见,制订合理的战略决策
