4,6-二叔丁基-2-氯甲基苯酚(tBu2-1-(HO)C6H2CH2Cl)与1-(2-羟基3,5-二叔丁基1-苄基)咪唑(2-HO-3,5-di-tBu-C6H2-CH2{CH(NCHCHN)})反应首次成功地合成双功能化的氮杂环卡宾前体1,3-二(2-羟基-3,5-二叔丁基苄基)咪唑鎓氯盐([[2-HO-3,5-di-tBu-C6H2-CH2]2{CH(NCHCHN)}]Cl)1,化合物1通过元素分析,1HNMR和X-ray衍射进行表征。晶体结构表明其晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,化学式为C37H55ClN4O2,晶胞参数为a=11.94(4),b=16.57(7),c=19.11(7),α(deg)=94.24(14)deg,β(deg)=92.63(14)(3)deg,γ(deg)=92.52(14)deg,V(3)=3764(24)3,Z=4,最终R=0.1565,wR=0.1660。
Di-tert-butyl-2-chloromethylphenol (tBu2-1- (HO) C6H2CH2Cl) with 1- -3,5-di-tBu-C6H2-CH2 {CH (NCHCHN)}) for the first time successfully synthesized bifunctional azacyclic carbene precursor 1,3-bis Butylbenzyl) imidazolium chloride Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, 1 H NMR and X- (2-HO-3,5-di-tBu-C6H2- ray diffraction. The crystal structure shows that the crystal belongs to the triclinic system, the space group is P-1 and the chemical formula is C37H55ClN4O2. The unit cell parameters are a = 11.94 (4), b = 16.57 (7), c = 19.11 ) = 94.24 (14) deg, β (deg) = 92.63 (14) deg, γ deg = 92.52 deg, V 3 = 3764 24, Z = 4, final R = 0.1565, wR = 0.1660.
