针对湖州东吴国际广场的擦窗机项目,探索一种解决擦窗机在空间受限的情况下通过倾角连续变换轨道的技术。通过在斜爬擦窗机底部安装水平过渡车,顺利地解决了擦窗机在空间上不同倾角轨道行走的问题,使擦窗机能够沿着倾斜屋面轨道正反行走,实现空间换轨技术。对斜爬轨道式擦窗机的设计提供了一种新的思路。
Aiming at the window cleaning machine project of Soochow International Plaza in Huzhou, this paper explores a technique to solve the problem that the window cleaning machine can continuously change the orbit by the inclination under the circumstance of limited space. By installing a horizontal transitional car at the bottom of the inclined climbing window grinder, the problem that the window grinder is walking on the slant orbit with different angles is successfully solved, and the gondola can walk forward and backward along the inclined roof orbit to realize the space changing technology. It provides a new way of thinking for the design of inclined climbing track gondola.
