我厂φ800氧化脱氢反应器中的旋风分离器,原设计系用苏联Ниногаз型旋风分离器,但效率低,催化剂跑损严重。1986年我们按 Buell 型重新设计旋风分离器系统,并将二级分离改为三级分离,由内旋改为外旋(见图1)。1987年经过630小时试验,取得了比较好的经济效益。旋风分离器总效率达到99.2%,使催化剂单耗由原来的10公斤/吨丁二烯下降到3公斤/吨丁二烯,(每吨催化剂价格2.2万元),生产能力提高30%,丁烯转化率76.7~81.6%,丁二烯选择特性88.3~90.1%,丁二烯平均收率

In 1986, we redesigned the cyclone system according to the Buell type and changed the secondary separation into tertiary separation from internal rotation to external rotation (see Figure 1).
