通过试验方法对Al5052铝合金单搭压印接头的疲劳性能进行研究。对接头进行了静强度试验、拉-拉疲劳试验和疲劳残余强度测试试验。结果表明,铝合金压印接头具有较好的疲劳性能。R=0.5、应力水平为最大静强度的95%时,疲劳寿命可以达到2×107以上,并且接头未发生破坏。经过疲劳测试后的试件其残余强度高于静强度,且应力水平越低强度越大,对应的位移和能量吸收有相同的变化趋势。试件失效形式与静强度试验的失效形式相同,为上板颈部断裂失效,但前者断口较平齐,断裂位置较高。
The fatigue properties of Al5052 aluminum alloy single-pass stamping joint were studied by the test method. The joints were static strength test, pull-pull fatigue test and fatigue residual strength test. The results show that the aluminum alloy stamping joint has good fatigue properties. R = 0.5, the stress level is 95% of the maximum static strength, the fatigue life can reach more than 2 × 107, and the joint is not damaged. After the fatigue test, the residual strength of the test piece is higher than the static strength, and the lower the stress level is, the greater the strength is, and the corresponding displacement and energy absorption have the same trend. The failure modes of the specimens are the same as the failure modes of the static strength test, which are the failure of the upper plate neck fracture, but the fracture of the former is more flush and the fracture position is higher.
