目的建立一种正己烷实时检测方法,为职业病危害管理提供实用有效的监控工具。方法利用传感器技术,多个传感器同时采集相关参数的方法,实现工作场所正己烷浓度和相关环境条件的检测。结果该系统包括数据采集器、数传模块和接收终端,数据采集器同时集合了正己烷、温度、湿度、风速和光强传感器,可连续获取工作场所空气中正己烷浓度和环境条件参数,相对误差<5%,该数据可通过计算机终端和手机随时查询和监控。结论该检测方法可用于工业企业正己烷危害的日常监测。
Objective To establish a real-time n-hexane detection method to provide practical and effective monitoring tools for occupational disease hazard management. Methods Using the sensor technology, multiple sensors simultaneously collect relevant parameters to achieve the detection of n-hexane concentration and related environmental conditions in the workplace. Results The system includes a data acquisition module, a data transmission module and a receiving terminal. The data acquisition device simultaneously collects n-hexane, temperature, humidity, wind speed and light intensity sensors to continuously obtain n-hexane concentration and environmental conditions in the workplace air. Error <5%, the data can be checked and monitored at any time by computer terminals and mobile phones. Conclusion The test method can be used for routine monitoring of n-hexane hazards in industrial enterprises.
